You have 60 days from date of purchase to return or exchange. We want you to be completely satisfied with any product you purchase from us. What if there is a problem with my order?

If there’s a problem with your order, the first thing to do is call us at 855-232-7233 and will take care of you.

What if I receive a defective product?

“No Hassle” Exchange and Return Policy:

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any product, for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, within 60 days of your purchase date. 

How To Make A Return:

We’re sorry your purchase didn’t work out, but we are glad you gave it a try. Call us at 855-232-7233 so we can email you the return form and a return shipping label. You can drop off your return at any Postal Service™ facility or mail it directly from your home. No printer? We can mail the label to you. 

Please note: $10.50* will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping when your return is mailed using the shipping label provided. You don't have to use our mailing label. You can return your purchase for refund via any shipping method you choose and $10.50 will not be deducted from your refund.

2. We will e-mail you the return form and shipping label.
3. When your order arrives we will inspect the order and issue a refund. Please note: refunds vary depending on the method of payment and can take up to 5-10 additional days for your bank or payment company to process the refund back to your card or account.
   
   Please note: Scratch-and-Dent vest garments are NOT eligible for return or refund.

Why does ThermApparel charge $10.50 for a return shipping label and not free returns?

Because we are a small company we are unable to provide free return shipping for every order. If we are at fault, we will 110% offer a free return shipping label. Substantial companies with enormous resources can provide great perks like free return shipping. Unfortunately, right now, we do not. We hope to be big enough one day to provide that service.
