We had a great time with the Rochester Sled Hockey and Rochester Accessible Adventures a few weeks ago. We had some of the athletes try the UnderCool when they were out on the ice and the response was great! We here at ThermApparel have discovered that the UnderCool is helping out the spinal cord injury population and we are excited to be able to help. If you have any questions or would like more info on the UnderCool or purchase one click here or give us a holler or email firstname.lastname@example.org If you have any ideas for which content you'd like to see from us, please let me know!
Stay Cool out there... it's starting to heat up.

A good goal, on the other hand, can build up your confidence and self-esteem in no time.
Goals. They are scary things when they feel unachievable. Sometimes it seems easier to not have goals at all. After all, you can't fail a goal you never set. But goals are important and beneficial for your mental and physical well-being. Here's why you should have goals year round— and not those half-hearted New Years goals either.
If you love water but don't necessarily love getting wet, then aquatic sports might not seem right for you. But what if there was a way to be near the water without ever getting wet and you get a workout out of it? Sounds too good to be true? Don't take it from us, hop on a kayak or canoe and try it out for yourself!
